Insta panels are sandwich panels made up of two fibre reinforced cement sheets, on either Side of a Light weight concrete core composed of Portland Cement, binders and a mix of Siliceous and micaceous material aggregate with a unique tongue and groove jointing System. Factory-cured sandwiched Insta panels are light in weight, fire resistant and sound insulating. The fibre reinforced sheet as skin gives Insta panels a smooth finish and makes them dimensionally stable and resistant to moisture/humidity, Insta panel's smooth surface can accept a host of finishes, making these panels ideal for aesthetically pleasing interiors and exteriors. Insta panels come with the universally accepted tongue-and-groove joint system to facilitate easy assembly. Now, insta walls can easily replace brick and mortar; and other partition materials and systems for clean, hassle-free constructions. Insta panels are ideal for a host of applications such as internal walls, external walls, prefab housing and mezzanine flooring. Insta Panels are excellent substitute for Gypsum board, particle board, plywood and brick wall partitions.ADVANTAGE INSTA PANELSLight weight yet strong and durable They are adequately fire-rated (tested as per BS 476) and emit no toxic fumes in case of fire, making them very safe for use even in sensitive areas.
