Sliced veneer: Used to cover the wood surfaces as plywood, particleboard and MDF or even walls. Each specie of wood can determinate the thickness of the veneer, from 0.63mm to 0.7mm (1/40 to 1/36). One smooth face.
Rotary veneer: usually used on plywood and its thickness can vary from 1 to 3mm. One smooth face.
