Pakistan is blessed with large deposits of high quality Marble, Onyx and Granite. It extends from mountainous terrains of Balochistan,bordering Afghanistan, to the Himaliyan range of NWFP province. Most of the mining activities are being done on small scale with traditional methods resulting in high wastage & quality variance.
