This hand sanded surface is smoother than Rustic, while still preserving the look of the 1880s face. Hand sanding allows us to follow the original contours of the face. Unlike hit and miss machine planing, our sanding process preserves the patina across the entire face of the board. Shown with oil based floor varnish.
