Associated facility is equipped with computerized cutting machines, imported boilers, recycling unit and automatic packing machines, nearly 3 million m 2 of tufted PVC mats are produced annually. The Italian PVC Tufting machines have a combined capacity to produce 9000 m 2 of Vinyl backed coco matting rolls or 25,000 PVC tufted coco mats per day. The printing units are capable of finishing 10,000 4 to 6 color printed doormats a day while the fully-automatic computerized German doormat flocking machine has the capacity to produce 3000 m 2 per day.
