Underlay

the "Underlay" is a heating element placed under a carpet or rug to warm a defined area, providing additional warmth and comfort on cold days. The "Underlay" can be placed under any carpet which is at least 1.5m X 2.0m in size and which should be light in order to avoid heat blockage. The "Underlay" comes in two different outputs - 300W and 480W.
