The polymer is 100% active and can be easily emulsified to stable micro emulsion that can be applied onto fabric by padding or exhaustion.
The final emulsion of HSP-822 (Hydrophilic Softener) will not cause any significant yellowing to fabric after application while organic and other amino functional silicone based softener have potential property to do.
