Description
All bands in 100bp DNA Ladder are blunt end, which avoiding any artifacts caused by
band reannealing.The 100bp DNA Step Ladder consists of 11DNA fragments ranging
from 100bp to 1500bp(1500bp\1000bp\900bp\800bp\700bp\600bp\500bp400bp\300b\200bp and100bp)
The fragments may be stained with ethidium bromide and should be run on a 2% agarose
gel for maximum visualization. It is suitable for use as molecular weight standards for
agarose gel electrophoresis.
