FLICA Caspase 2 Detection Kit

ICT's FLICA caspase 2 detection assay is a simple yet accurate method to measure caspase 2 activity in whole cells. Simply add the FLICA caspase 2 reagent to the media and incubate. Cells containing active caspase 2 will fluoresce green. The kit contains:
FLICA caspase 2 detection probe (FAM-VDVAD-FMK)
10x apoptosis wash buffer (which does not lyse the cells)
Hoechst stain (a blue DNA stain); propidium iodide (a red live/dead stain)
Fixative (which is used after labeling the cells).
