Anti icy road skidding apparatus car

The anti icy road skidding apparatus provides  
resistance to lateral forces acting on a vehicle when
encountering an icysurface. The device is fixed to the
undercarriage of a motor vehicle and isextendable
from a non engaging position to an engaging position
by the motor vehicleoperator by a pedal or hand
lever, once the operator releases the pedal or hand
lever the wheel disc chassis or blade returns to a seated position within itsundercarriage housing.
