Intelligent programmable dispatch terminal(MDT100) is a programmable GPS tacking PDA based on WinCE 5.0. It is conected with vehicle tracking system(AVL) RS2100 via RS232. With customized program, it can be used for the interaction between the dispatch center and the driver via SMS,GPRS data,Voice call.Also it can receive GPS data from RS2100 to navigate.
