Extended Seal Life Retrofit Kit

The Extended Seal Life (ESL) Retrofit Kit is a simple, affordable way to double your seal life. Flow's ESL ceramic plunger is developed from advanced, proprietary materials and special finishing processes that dramatically change the dynamics of how the plunger passes through the seals, minimizing seal wear. Ceramic technology also extends the plunger life to at least 8,000 hours. The kit includes everything you need for the conversion, including two ceramic plungers, two ESL check valve repair kits, and a high-pressure seal kit. The ESL Retrofit Kit is designed to work with intensifier pumps.
