BF Goodrich Mud Terrain T/A KM

The Mud-Terrain T/A KM (KM stands for Key benefit Mud) isBFGoodrichs Off-Road Maximum Traction light truck tire designed to bethe rock-climbing, mud-eating, and terrain-taming king. The Mud-TerrainT/A KM was developed to meet the needs of pickup truck and sportutility vehicle drivers who desire maximum off-road traction.

On the outside, the Mud-Terrain T/A KM features an advanced treadcompound molded into a symmetric tread pattern comprised of largeinterlocking center tread blocks and alternating width DiggerLugzthat extend over the tires shoulders to provide the clawing necessaryto dig down, as well as, work against the sides of muddy ruts for addedpulling power.

The computer optimized tread design generates less noise and provides alarger and more rectangular footprint to further enhance rock climbingand slick surface traction.

On the inside, the Mud-Terrain T/A KM features twin steel belts on topof BFGoodrichs TriGard (3-ply polyester cord sidewall plies)construction for strength and durability. Single strand beads enhancethe tires fit to the wheel to improve uniformity and ride quality,while rim protectors molded into the lower sidewall help shelter thetire and wheel from off-road hazards, especially during aired downsituations.
