Depi Corporation Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 1981 as a trader in men's underwear and apparels. It first launched its maiden product "Depi" men's underwear in the early 1980s. Depi men's underwear is now available in all leading departmental stores nationwide.

Currently, the company has diversified into different segments of the underwear and apparel industry. It now markets a comprehensive range of apparels, underwear and other related accessories under its brands namely, Depi and Luomo men's underwear which include innerwear, boxer shorts and nightwear, Monsieur Nicole for men's casual wear, nicole mNj for ladies wear, Nicole Exclusives for women's career wear and NIC for young men's casual wear. Licensed brands such as Smalto By briefs and Arrow women career wear are some of the latest additions to the product line.
