1. How long does it take to receive the dress?
If you are urgent for your dresses, please confirm your order details early to us, tell us the deadline which you need get your dress at latest. We will try our best to catch your important day.

FAQ

l         We accept return if there are large difference between the photography and the goods you receive. Please contact us for return authorization before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The return items must be in the original condition, unworn or altered, and must be returned with all original tags and documents if any. If the product has been chipped, scratched, or damaged, we wont accept the return items.

l         Due to the nature of the item and sanitary reason, all sales are final. Exchange only on defective items upon delivery. Refund is not available. Please exam the item before opening the clear plastic wrap. Customers are responsible for return shipment. We will send out the replacement at our cost.
