(Note: our company does not recommend you to add silicon oil. If a specialsoft silicom mould or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required,5% - 10% silicon oil could be added to soften the mould for easy demould.)
If customers want to make large products and large size moulds, the mouldshould be made of silicone rubber with high hardness. On the contrary, if themould with fine and precision patterns, it should be made of silicone with lowhardness. The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual requirements ofthe customer. If mould requiring fast drying and demould, more curing is needed.
