3. After laminating, put the laminated sheets into a punching machine for punching. Then remove the protection film from the surface of the card.
2. Wait around 5 minutes to wait the printed film day. Then remove the protection film from the core sheet. Put the printed film right on both side of the core sheet and go through the pouch laminating machine (Please set the temperature around 140-150).
1. Mirror print the designs on the two printable films. One is for front side and the other is for rear side.
Usage Steps:
In order to further promote the use of PVC personalized card to meet the needs of consumers, a totally new method emerged which uses the combination of ordinary inkjet printer and film sealing machine to make cards. The material has many advantages, such as simple operation, clear printing, accurate color reproduction, good adhesion strength in lamination.One set PVC no-lamination card sheet includes two printable sheets for inkjet printing and a core sheet. The materials are particularly suitable for small business card copy shops in small and medium-sized towns. The key to this method is directly printing and output in normal inkjet printer with special PVC core. The accuracy may up to 2880DPI.
