Organic Anti-blocking Master Batch BOPP
Product Details
The product can be stored well in the original package. Please steal the package once you open it. The shelf life is about six months under the maximum room temperature of 25. A higher storage temperature may affect the application quality of the masterbatch.
Storage:
PE heavy-duty bag, 25Kg/bag.
Packing:
The addition rate is 2%~5%, can be changed by production techniques, the grade of PP, the thickness of films and production facilities requirement, the ideal addition rate can be confirmed by testing.
Addition rate suggestion:
3. prevent to scratch the films surface, good luster effect.
2. can increase film slip effect
1. good optical performance, will not affect film transparence.
YFN105PC contain high efficiency anti-blocking agent, in the normal, it can be used in the aluminize film and cigarette box pacing film. It is better than normal anti-blocking masterbatch.
