ITEM Specification PS475X mainly uses in recycling PS resin. Applications PS475X is a new type of functional masterbatch, specially developed for eliminating the moisture in recycled PS resin. It can be pre-mixed with the raw materials with a small amount of proportion, and the dry treatment process can be omitted. We can directly carry out the injection molding and extrusion molding processing. PS475X environment-friendly plastic additive will save time, efforts and cost. Recycled Polystyrene (PS) resin, as a kind of thermo plastics, is widely used in automobile components, electric appliances and articles for daily use. Recycled PS resin is featured with hygroscopicity, therefore, it will need tens of minutes or even several hours to carry out dry treatment before forming. |
