Process Aid Masterbatch (PPA)

Process aid masterbatch based on LLDPE, HDPE, or blended polyethylene resins in blown film, cast film, pipe extrusion, wire and cable extrusion and extrusion blow moulding. This masterbatch provides a renewable surface coating on metal die surfaces and can bring the following benefits:
- elimination of melt fracture
- improved surface quality of extrudate
- reduced die deposit
- increased throughput
- enables use of narrower die gaps
Ratio: 2 - 5% depending on application.
