Siloxane

Silicon based masterbatches are granulated micro dispersions of special ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymers. It is scratch resistant monopolized additive for filled/unfilled polymer. This is used to modify surface of finished plastic parts for friction management and to increase melt flow for fast cycle times. The siloxane content in this masterbatch is 50%. It is used in industries such as automobiles, plastic sector, electronics and electrical, BOPP Film, Pipes.
