Properties Cheng Feng color masterbatch is a pigmented master batch to produce colored polypropylene fibers mainly for non-woven cloths. Polypropylene serves its carrier, allowing pigment dispersions, tinting and physical strength be optimized during fiber spinning, so as to avoid fiber necking down while keeping color consistency and proper melt flow indices through synchronized processing designs. Chromalene NW solves color migration problems since no dye chemicals were involved, so it is highly recommended in carpet and polypropylene fiber making , particularly in nonwoven specialty articles.
