Anti Static Master Batches

Antistatic master batch are used widely to reduce the Static Electricity problems. Addition dosage is around 3-6 % needed to reduce to the surface resistance values from 10^16 to 10^11 Ohms and Static charges are reduced from 10 KV to < 200 Volts. They are natural in colour.Hence any colour Antistatic material can be produced by just adding a suitable colour master batch. These master batches are compatible with LDPE / LLDPE / HDPE / P.P.Material. Very economical way to reduce the Static Electricity problems.
