PVC wood color masterbatch Application:his product uses imported pigments & auxiliaries, formed by undergoing scientific combination, is specifically used in PVC plastic screen door, windows and floorings. Only a small amount is needed under suitable condition, would produce PVC wood masterbatch effect.The most important is it has the shine and stability and even under 2000h test, its color hazen is still >3. Method of use and amount: Mix 1.5-3% of the masterbatch with additives (PVC powder and other auxiliaries). Suitable temperature can be risen, depending on the result of the PVC wood. e.g. High temperature wood differed slightly with that of the low colored wood, whereas low temp wood differs greatly with low colored wood.Titanium dioxide will also influence low colored ones.
