Polyethylene Color Concentrate scrap

This is manufactured by Poly One in US.  It is polyethylene color concentrates with concentrate levels of 10%, 13%, 20%, and 40%.  Most of the material is black polyethylene purge/lump and chunk.  The pellets also contain these same concentrate levels.  We have had each category randomly tested and in every case, the concentrate level averages 16%.
