Black Linear Low Density Polyethylene Cable Sheath Material

The product is prepared by a twin-screw extruder using linear low density polyethylene resin as main raw material and adding modified resin, carbon black, lubricants, antioxidant and decentralized agents. The product is applicable to retaining layer of communication cables, control cables, signal cables and fiber optic cable, which need a good performance of environmental stress cracking resistance, with the maximum working temperature of 70 . The sheath has a good processing performance, a wide processing range, a smooth and delicate product surface. The product is easy to process for the cabling technology is similar to the LDPE sheath. The product with the typical characteristics of environmental stress cracking resistance greater than 500 hours completely resolves the problem of melt surface rupture and shark skin-like defects at the time of the linear polyethylene processing. The processing performance as well as the technology of the product is in the domestic leading position. The quality of the product is to be on a par with similar product DFDB-6059 produced by the UCC.
