We sell both in the local and international markets and our main goal is to meet up with the expectation of most secondary rubber manufacturing company.Our Central Rubber Laboratory is in charge of specifications concerning Technically Specified Rubber,that is, CNR 10, 3 CV and L grades, in accordance with the ISO 2000 and SMR norms.
Tests carried out in the Central Rubber Laboratory include:
* Mooney viscosity,
* Initial Plasticity (Po),
* Plasticity Retention Index (PRI),
* Dirt content,
* Ash content,
* Volatile matter,
* Lovibond color.
* Accelerated Storage Hardening (ASHT)
The lab analyzes are done to evaluate both the Dry Rubber Content (DRC) and the quality of the rubber in general. This is to make sure the rubber being shipped meets the specifications and quality requested.
