'O' RINGS

Rubber O Rings is the rubber component of most of the pump seals. Its a leaking gasket which controls the temperature, pressure and chemical limits of the mechanical self. The O Ring must be chemically compatible as it comes into contact with the chemical fluid, the temperatures upto which a certain O Ring is compatible with must be known, the tolerance of temperature by a O Ring must be known. The Ozone attacks and Nicks and Cuts should also be considered in a O Ring.
 
We offer a wide range of O-rings from 2.0 mm ID to 600 mm ID from its 5000 single piece moulds. Polymeks O-Rings are manufactured on a hydraulic press with tightly controlled temperature, pressure and time which ensures accurate dimensions, glossy finish, invisible flash line, properly post cured and absolutely defects free. These O-rings are also manufactured as per the dimensional tolerance specified by the customers and available from NBR, Neoprene, Butyl, Poly-acrylic , EPDM, Hapalon, Viton, Silicone Rubber or in any other rubber as per customers specification. We also manufacture Viton O-Rings upto 3000 mm ID or in any sizes.
