Graphics Specification
1. Create artwork at size (W)80cm x (H)200cm.
2. Do not place important images or texts within area of the top 2 inches and the bottom 3 inches.
3. Convert files to JPEG, TIFF (LZW Compression) or PDF file format.
4. Color Mode should be CMYK.
5. Files should be set up at full size (1:1 scale). 100% of final print size.
6. Resolution should be 100-150 dpi at final size.
7. File transfer via Prints-mart FTP. (Ftp information will be given after payment received)

Artwork Responsibility
1. No Proof will be return to the customer before production.
2. Customer is responsible to check any errors (texts, graphics, color etc.) that would exist onto the artwork.
3. We will not touch your artwork (unless otherwise request) and we are not responsible in any errors existed on the artwork.

Extra Service
1. Graphic design is not included but we can provide this service. Please contact us for details.

Turnaround
1. 2 business days upon receipt your printable file. Not including shipping transit time.
2. Production department is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm (GMT+8).

1. Standard Air Mail: US$49.99 plus additional US$42.00 for each additional banner display. Takes 6 to 7 business days to most areas in United States.
2. Express Shipping: US$63.99 plus additional US$51.00 for each additional banner display. Takes 2 to 4 business days to most areas in United States.

Return Policy
1. No Refund. Exchange only. (From same graphic files)
2. We cannot held responsibility for slightly color deviation of the print.
3. Problems with graphics printing like typos or incorrect files will be replaced at customer own expense.
4. Notification of return must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
5. Return items must be returned in new condition with original packaging within 3 days.
6. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns.
7. We are not responsible for any damage or loss in transit and could not take liability for courier company delay.
8. All items are inspected before shipping. Contact us immediately if shipping damage is discovered.
