Hydraulic System

Hydraulic telescopic cylinders bars made of st52 with the tolerance of H8,inner surfaces are honed,outer surfaces are grinded and 80 microns chromium plated.

Painting
|
All equipments are sand blsated after they have been mechanically and chemically freed from rust,electrode burr and oil residues.

|
After sand blasting the dumper body is epoxy coated and prepared for painting.
