Each XB-700Li electric bicycle ships to you by freight trucking company and is sealed in the original box and strapped to a pallet for damage free shipping.  Customer's phone number is required.  Truck shipping to nearest terminal is included FREEin the Continental U.S., for residential delivery in the U.S. there is a $50.00 trucking charge.  Residential delivery in Canada is an additional $100.00-terminal delivery not available in Canada.  You will choose the option you prefer at time of checkout.

Because electric bicycles have a pedal system (even though they do not need to be used) there is no need for a drivers license and it does not have to be registered with the DMV.  If you follow the bicycle laws you should be able to ride this bike any place bicycles are allowed to operate.  (Per Federal Electric Bicycle Law H.R. 727.)

(The version shipped to Canada is 500 watts in order to meet Canadian Transport requirements and comes with the Canada Transport label.)  These batteries have a lifespan of 7 to 10 years!  In addition this new model is capable of travelling substantially further (upto 75% further) than our other electric bikes due to the lightweight Lithium Ion battery technology as opposed to Lead Acid Batteries used in most other models.
