We provide services for medium gauge model RTR passenger cars (O, S, HO, OO, TT or narrow gauge) manufacturing. Drawing design, tooling, injection, spraying and printing, assembly,
packaging, QA, oversea delivering for model trains.
The material of cars could be plastic + die cast, or all brass.
For normal detail models, ~8 molds / 50 parts, the project lead time is 6 months:
1 months - drawing design;
1.5 months - tooling;
1.5 months - functional + decorated samples;
2 months - production + QA; (~3000pcs)
We welcome any detail for quotation and production lead time estimation.
