We provide services for medium gauge model RTR freight cars (O, S, HO, OO,TT or narrow gauge) manufacturing. Drawing design, tooling, injection, spraying and printing, assembly,
packaging, QA, oversea delivering for model trains.
The material of cars could be plastic + die cast, or all brass.
For normal detail models, ~6 molds / 30 parts, the project lead time is 5.5 months:
1 months - drawing design;
1 months - tooling;
1.5 months - functional + decorated samples;
2 months - production + QA (~3000 pcs);
We welcome any detail for quotation and production lead time estimation.
