Magic Coin Sandwich Trick

Two Golden Dollar Coins & a silver US quarter are shown together with a small brass box & lid. A Golden dollar coin is placed in the box with the silver quarter on the top & the remaining golden dollar coin on top of this. The lid is then put on the box-The silver quarter is now very obviously sandwiched between the two Golden dollar coins.
A spectator is asked to put out his hand & the Magi hold the brass box over it. Box is tapped firmly on the lid-amazingly the silver coin goes right through the Golden Dollar Coin & the base of the box & drops into the hand of the spectator!
Everything can now be Examined.
