model soldiers masters figures

I require the services of someone with 3d scanning and printing equipment to make master figures for me from various sized models (mostly 1/72, or 25.4mm to be scaled up to 30mm). finished product needs to be made of hard plastic, resin or something reasonably robust that I can use for mould making. an aproximate price would be very helpful. p.palmer
