Evzone PORCELAIN DOLLS

The Evzone uniform was established as the Official Greek National Costume in 1821. These uniforms were worn by the Evzone warriors during the time of Homer and in the "foustanella" and "tsarouhi" during the Turkish occupation. The Evzone uniforms which are all hand-made and requires a great deal of knowledge, experience, expense and patience. There are two types of uniform: that of the officer and that of the private. Each has a summer and a winter version.
