SEMI-DRIED GOURMET TOMATOES

Semi Dried Gourmets are dried froma round, table-eating variety using the same drying methods and marinades as the more famous Romas. All of our tomatores are marinated in fresh garlic, herbs and golden canola oil. Many chefs use the remaining oil in the bucket as a fantastic salad dressing, on char-grilled breads, as a marinade for meats, poultry or your favourite dish.
