Poly Vapour Shield

Description Poly Vapour-Shield is a bio-soluble glasswool insulation building blanket faced with Foil-Scrim-Kraft(FSK) and is manufactured by the unique rotary flame attenuation process incorporating highly resilient, inorganic glass fibre, bonded with a thermosetting resin to form a lightweight, flexible and resilent insulation material. The factory-laminated aluminium foil facing provides an effective vapour barrier and enhances the R-Value of the insulation by its reflective index. V-Shield comes in a variety of thicknesses and corresponding R-Value to provide the thermal performance you require and best product for your project. R-Value is the overall ability of an insulation material to resist (retard) heat flow. The higher the R-Value, the greater the resistance to heat transfer and, hence, the greater the energy savings.
