Available in 1.25 ounce bottle (24 per case) and 8 ounce bottles (12 per case).

Selected fresh red habanero peppers are ground up and preserved with 15% sea salt. (8% by volume).
The mash is perfectly aged and ready to eat or you can make your own hot sauce.
When a recipe calls for peppers and you don't feel like handling them, just add some mash.
