The exterior had a face-lift:

 All arches were removed

 The whole home was rendered including the wall on the canal

 2 roller doors removed & replaced with one large remote roller door

 New security gates installed

 Gardens landscaped

 Driveway re-designed

 All exterior lights were replaced with stylish new fixtures
