      In the course of the negoitiations, we do require 1 thing from you, That is: You follow our instructions in conjunction with your request and listen to our advice on situations with the Seller. As we know what they will allow and what they will not. It will be in your best interest to do so, as well as our Best interests to meet Both needs. This what we do best.

     In return for our commitment to you and your needs, we have our requirement from you as a Buyer, which is equally as important to the process. Upon the Acceptance of our Terms, and you forwarding to us your Letter of Intent, we begin from that day, working for you and with you. You will be asked to pay a Retainement Fee for Services rendered to you, in the process of securing you your Contract and the Successful negotiation of it. Our Retaining Fee is the amount of : $500USD every 2 weeks, in this process. Which is not negotiable. Upon the completion and sale of your contract and payment made for said Goods, your Retainment Fee will be returned to you, from the Commissions Paid. Should the Contract not be Successful for any reason, the Fees are not Refundable,as you will have knowledge of our Source, which is a fair trade for time spent.
