Smoked Garlic Bulbs

Where possible we use organic garlic, grown locally in the south west of the UK

Our garlic is slow smoked over Apple wood for several hours to give it a unique smokiness and golden colour, the smoking process gives th garlic bulb a more subtle taste, and is ideal for use in all types of cooking.
