In order to mount your pedal's cleats to your shoes, they must have matching bolt patterns. There are three configurations (diagram) used on cycling shoes, SPD-R, Look and SPD. The Ergo Plus offers comfort as only Italian footwear can. Its anatomic heel holds the foot firm while the removable insole conforms to the contours of your arch and toes. Snugged tight by a ratcheting buckle and two Velcro straps, the Ergo Plus cuts down on foot slip and maximizes efficiency. There's a rigid fiberglass sole for maximum power to the pedals, a ventilated upper to keep you cool and tabs at the toes and heels to make walking easier.
