Cervelo R3 61cm Dura-Ace 7800 2006 3t Funda Fork Bicycle

61cm Cervelo R3 bicycle equipped with Shimano 10 speed Dura-Ace 7800 components and an FSA SL-K Mega Exo carbon crankset. It is a carbon fiber frame mated to a 3T full carbon fiber Funda one inch and an eighth threadless fork. It rides like a super stiff race bike yet is comfortable enough for long days in the saddle over a myriad of terrain. A lot of the CSC guys used these as their primary racing bikes because they found them to be more comfortable, lighter and  more lively than the Soloist frames. This is one of the few carbon frames that is able to combine the magical springyness associated with titanium without exhibiting power-robbing flex and a lack of torsional rigidity. This is a machine that at once will be comfortable on chip and seal roads, cobblestones and other compromised road conditions, while being precise, rigid and confident while sprinting, climbing or cornering hard. Very few builders other than Cervelo have been able to achieve the proper balance necessary to build a great race bike at this low weight. The R3, while expensive to  produce and lacking the aerodynamics of a Soloist Carbon, is a  a near flawless race bike.

Please note that this bike is sold as is and comes with all manufacturer's warranties. This is a brand new bike and while it has seen a few years of display in a bike shop, is in great condition. The bicycle is equipped as pictured.
