This cycle is constructed to stand upto the most rigourous exercise and is a total body exerciser. Its dual action gives you the option of cycling, rowing or both together. The smoothness that the large flywheel gives the cycling action and the adjustable tension control , lets you tailor the effort to your increasing fitness. The resistance of movement of handle is adjustable. A comfortable and adjustable spring loaded seat is provided for extra comfort.
