40 Kg Kettlebell

Former South African Police officer Lt. Colonel Albie Wentzel learned the art of kettlebells from USSR military Special Forces trainer Pavel Tsatsouline and brought the military sport of kettlebell lifting back to South Africa in 2002. With the help of Albie Wentzel and the kettlebells, The Professional Training Studio became the first gym in Africa to offer group classes to the general public.
