Hard Hat Mounting

is an Earmark "extra feature". Hard hat brackets mount on a Bullard style, slotted hard hat. Remove the standard, over-the-headband, and the hard hat mounts in just a few minutes. The conversion is reversible. The Earmark hard hat includes ratchet suspension.
