The EL-1001 Time Delay Panic Exit System combines state of the art security and safety technology.
The system provides you with peace of mind in the firm knowledge that your staff are permitted to freely and safely exit the building in the event of a fire, whereas your fire exit doors will
remain securely locked at all other times.

The EL-1001 comprises an alarm lock panic device.

This is a stand alone panic exit device.

Once the panic bar is depressed, the alarm sounds,
but the door does not immediately open. -
A timer is set by depressing the bar which allows the fire door to unlock and open to safety after a 30 second delay.

Additional door security is provided by means of a magnetic locking system.

Building access is controlled 24/7 by means of the mechanical panic bar lock and electromechanical magnetic lock.

The time delay prevents illegal egress through the fire doors.
