Cut the wire from in between the two handsets. Affix a telephone wire in between the two handsets of such a length as required by you. Plug in to the power source. It is ready to use. Press the button a ring will sound. Now both the sides can pick up the receiver and talk. After talking put down the receiver to turn off the power off automatically.
