Barrier Controller:
1. Wireless or wiring multiple push button for Open, Close and Open/Stop/Close function.
2. Accepting additional input signals : proximity card , loop detector, manual switch etc.
3. Speeds are 1 - 6 seconds from horizontal to verticle position, depending on boom length.
4. Obstacle detection system reverses the direction of travel if the arm encounters an obstruction.
5. Autoclosing function is selectable with instant or delay closing.
6. High performance with the exclusive imbedded controller.
Barrier Mechanism:
1. Reliable direct drive system reduce wear and stress, and modularized mechanism provides maximum user convenience; Direct connection of the motor and driving shaft eliminates operation errors,
caused by sliding or extending that might happen by using belt or chain.
2. Heavy-duty design for 24 hours continuous application.
3. High durability with industrial parts.
4. Internally counterbalanced gate arm tension springs.
5. All the running is quiet without any noise and shaking.
6. Galvanized sheet steel of 1.6 mm thickness.
7. Barrier arm can be manually lifted via a clutch-release key.
Barrier Motor:
1. Three million times or above operation test for motor.
2. Overheat and overload dual protection for motor.
Barrier Housing
1. Cabinets can be powder coated in any other coulours on request .
2. Weather-resistant coating against hostile environments Strong, rigid aluminum gate arm.
3. Zinc plate powder-coated finish of the lever and body.
Barrier Bar
1. The boom opens to 85?C on power failure.
2. Two rubber buffers are used for boom dampening on the down position to eliminate bouncing.
